Canadian AI service and product providers are invited to participate in the AI Challenge for the GreenTech Sector, a key feature of the ALL IN 2025 event, the largest AI event in Canada. This reverse pitch challenge aims to solicit innovative AI tools and solutions that address the specific business needs of the industry.

Why Participate in this AI Challenge

Selected companies will benefit from several advantages

As part of this call for applications, a total of 5 companies will be selected to present their solution on stage at ALL IN 2025. The selected companies will benefit from several advantages:

• Two passes for the 2-day event.

• The chance to present their solution to a jury composed of industry experts and members of the Scale AI team on one of our two content stages.

• Exceptional visibility for their company, in front of more than 6,000 leaders attending the event.

• The possibility of being selected as the Grand Winner of the AI Challenge, which includes dedicated communications and personalized support to participate in the submission process with Scale AI.*

Examples of Business Problems

Canadian AI service and product providers are invited to submit their applications to propose solutions to the business problems of the greentech sector. These issues are numerous and may include:

• Energy efficiency and grid optimization
• Predictive maintenance for clean infrastructure
• Smart monitoring of air, water, or soil quality
• Waste reduction and circular economy processes
• Green mobility and sustainable logistics
• Emissions tracking and environmental performance analysis
• Renewable energy forecasting and management

    Submission of Proposals – From July 8 to August 7, 2025
    Canadian AI service and solution providers must submit a detailed proposal by filling out the form below, including a 2-minute video of their presentation.

  • Evaluation of Proposals

    August 7 to August 30, 2025
    The proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by a panel of industry experts.

  • Coordination with Startups

    September 8, 2025
    Selected and non-selected companies will be contacted and coordinated for the next steps.

  • On-Stage Pitches

    ALL IN 2025, September 24-25
    The 5 selected companies will have the opportunity to present their solution on stage in front of a jury of industry experts and ALL IN participants.

Objectives and Requirements

To be eligible for the call for applications, the submitted proposal must meet the following objectives

• Clearly identify and define the business problem you are addressing
• Describe your solution or proposed services
• List the qualitative (e.g., improve customer experience) and quantitative (e.g., reduce costs by 20%) impacts of deploying your solution for the benefit of the GreenTech sector
• Highlight the factors that make your solution the best option for a company in the GreenTech industry
