Do I need to print my ticket to enter the event?

Printing your e-ticket is not mandatory. We recommend that you have your e-ticket on your mobile device.

Make sure you activate your ticket by completing the participant form. Once completed, you will automatically receive an email confirming your registration, along with your e-ticket. You can save your ticket electronically.

Please note that identification may be required at the entrance to the event.

I can no longer attend the event. What are my options?

If you are unable to attend the event (in person or online), you have two options: 

  • Ticket modification: You can transfer your ticket to a person of your choice by modifying the participant information linked to your ticket. To modify the participant information linked to your ticket, consult your ticket confirmation e-mail, where you'll find detailed instructions on how to modify the ticket and make the transfer.
  • Refunds: All ticket purchases are subject to ALL IN terms and conditions. If your situation makes you eligible for a refund, please contact our team by email at Be sure to include in your message the reason why you are requesting a refund. Please note that ticketing platform service fees are non-refundable.
Will there be online or in-person sessions?

The event will be held in person at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal, and content from the two main stages will be rebroadcast online on the ALL IN application. Content can be viewed live, and broadcast content will be made available after the event for replay on the ALL IN app. Please note that there will be no online-only sessions.

What is the ALL IN application?

The ALL IN app is a networking platform where you'll find all the information related to ALL IN 2024, such as programming and speakers. You'll also be able to watch live sessions from the two main stages, as well as access replay content after the event. You can also communicate with participants, partners, exhibitors and event organizers. The app is accessible via all browsers, the App Store or Google Play.

All ticket holders will have access to online content and the app, regardless of the type of ticket purchased. However, virtual ticket holders will only have access to the app and will not be able to attend the event in person.

I've bought a ticket for ALL IN 2024. How can I access the ALL IN application?

If you have purchased a ticket for ALL IN 2024, here's how to access the ALL IN application:

  • Once you have completed your purchase, please activate your ticket by completing the participating form.
  • Once you've completed the form, you'll automatically receive an email confirming your registration, along with your e-ticket.
  • When the application is available, you'll receive an automatic email with a direct link to it. You will simply need to enter a password to access the application.

The goal of the event is to highlight to representatives from over 20 countries the latest advances, promising projects and practical applications that will enable us to leverage AI to solve our major societal challenges, while building an AI-powered economy for Canada.

What language does the event take place in?

Event sessions will be held in the speaker's preferred language. Historically, most sessions have been held in English. A simultaneous translation feature, available from English to French and from French to English, is offered via the official ALL IN app to all participants, whether they attend the event online or in person. What's more, the official ALL IN app is available in English or French, according to the user's preference.
