I can no longer attend the event. What are my options?

Si vous ne pouvez pas assister à l'événement (en personne ou en ligne), vous avez deux options :

  • Modification du billet : Vous pouvez transférer votre billet à une personne de votre choix en modifiant les informations du participant liées à votre billet. Pour modifier les informations du participant liées à votre billet, consultez l'e-mail de confirmation de votre billet, où vous trouverez des instructions détaillées sur la façon de modifier le billet et d'effectuer le transfert.
  • Remboursements : Tous les achats de billets sont soumis aux conditions générales de ALL IN. Si votre situation vous rend éligible à un remboursement, veuillez contacter notre équipe par e-mail à info@allinevent.ai. Veuillez inclure dans votre message la raison pour laquelle vous demandez un remboursement. Notez que les frais de service de la plateforme de billetterie ne sont pas remboursables.
Do I need to print my ticket to enter the event?

Printing your e-ticket is not mandatory. We recommend that you have your e-ticket on your mobile device.

Make sure you activate your ticket by completing the participant form. Once completed, you will automatically receive an email confirming your registration, along with your e-ticket. You can save your ticket electronically.

Please note that identification may be required at the entrance to the event.

Will there be online or in-person sessions?

The event will be held in person at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal, and content from the two main stages will be rebroadcast online on the ALL IN application. Content can be viewed live, and broadcast content will be made available after the event for replay on the ALL IN app. Please note that there will be no online-only sessions.

What is the ALL IN application?

The ALL IN app is a networking platform where you'll find all the information related to ALL IN 2025, such as programming and speakers. You'll also be able to watch live sessions from the two main stages, as well as access replay content after the event. You can also communicate with participants, partners, exhibitors and event organizers. The app is accessible via all browsers, the App Store or Google Play.

All ticket holders will have access to online content and the app, regardless of the type of ticket purchased. However, virtual ticket holders will only have access to the app and will not be able to attend the event in person.

I've bought a ticket for ALL IN 2025. How can I access the ALL IN application?

If you have purchased a ticket for ALL IN 2025, here's how to access the ALL IN application:

  • Once you have completed your purchase, please activate your ticket by completing the participating form.
  • Once you've completed the form, you'll automatically receive an email confirming your registration, along with your e-ticket.
  • When the application is available, you'll receive an automatic email with a direct link to it. You will simply need to enter a password to access the application.

What is ALL IN and what is the purpose of the event?

ALL IN est le plus important événement consacré à l’IA du Canada. Cette initiative réunit chaque année à Montréal les plus importants membres de l’industrie, fournisseurs de services et de produits en IA, chercheurs et universitaires, startups, investisseurs et autres passionnés du domaine de l'IA. L’objectif de l’événement est de mettre en lumière devant les représentants de plus de 20 pays les dernières avancées, les projets porteurs et les applications pratiques qui permettront de miser sur l’IA pour résoudre nos grands enjeux de société, tout en bâtissant une économie propulsée par l’IA pour le Canada.

What language does the event take place in?

Event sessions will be held in the speaker's preferred language. Historically, most sessions have been held in English. A simultaneous translation feature, available from English to French and from French to English, is offered via the official ALL IN app to all participants, whether they attend the event online or in person. What's more, the official ALL IN app is available in English or French, according to the user's preference.
