ALL IN 2025 - General Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT – No exchanges are possible. Refunds will no longer be available 30 days or less before the event, except for reasons deemed reasonable by the event team. Please contact info@allinevent.ai for any requests. If you made an error when purchasing your ticket, please inform the team at info@allinevent.ai no later than September 1. Upon cancellation of an event for which no other date has been selected, this ticket may be refunded pursuant to the conditions set forth by the event promoter and the ticket office provider Weezevent. Any falsification or resale of tickets is prohibited. This ticket is void following a sworn theft complaint to the local police station. The holder of this ticket assumes any and all liabilities as to the risks and dangers that may result from this event and renounces any claim for loss or damage, whatever the cause, incurred or suffered by the holder, whether occurring before, during or after the event.  The use of this ticket is subject to the rules in force on the premises where the event takes place. You must comply with the rules established by the promoter of the event. Management reserves the right to refuse access to the event or to evict any person whose behavior shall be deemed inadequate without a refund of the price of the ticket. The ticket holder may be frisked at the entrance of certain events. It is strictly prohibited to carry weapons and enter the site with alcoholic beverages. This ticket or the rights represented hereby or arising therefrom may not be assigned, sold or transferred commercially or as part of a promotion, with or without consideration, without the express written consent of the issuer and the producer. Tickets are transferable if an agreement is reached between both parties. By participating in the ALL IN event, you agree to share your participant profile with other attendees through the event networking platform. You also agree to the use of photographs or video recordings taken during the event by the organizer and its representatives for promotional purposes. By doing so, you waive any right to compensation or benefits and release the organizer from any liability for using these media.

Terms and Conditions – Media Accreditation

IMPORTANT - Media accreditation is strictly limited to journalists, producers, contributors, bloggers, podcasters, or freelancers working for legitimate and appropriate media outlets and exercising their functions (hereinafter referred to as the "Journalist"). Each accreditation request will be responded to, and the applicant will be notified by email of the acceptance or refusal of their request. The decision to confirm or refuse the accreditation request is at the sole discretion of the organizer and is not subject to appeal. Media accreditation provides access to all conferences and panels, whether in person or virtually. However, some private events may not be open to the media. Any falsification or resale of media accreditation is prohibited. If the organizer finds that a media accreditation (physical or digital) has been used by someone other than the Journalist, the organizer will inform the Journalist and has the right to take all appropriate measures, including, at its own discretion, to terminate the Journalist's access to ALL IN. The Journalist assumes any and all liabilities as to the risks and dangers (including for personal belongings, such as a camera, computer, handbag, etc.) that may result from this event and renounces any claim for loss or damage, whatever the cause, incurred or suffered by the holder, whether occurring before, during or after the event. The use of media accreditation is subject to the rules in force on the premises where the event takes place. You must comply with the rules established by the promoter of the event. Management reserves the right to refuse access to the event or to evict any person whose behavior shall be deemed inadequate. The Journalist and any video recording equipment may be frisked at the entrance of certain events. It is strictly prohibited to carry weapons and enter the site with alcoholic beverages. The organizer collects and processes personal data relating to Journalists for the purpose of managing the relationship with participants, speakers, and exhibitors of ALL IN. By receiving accreditation for the ALL IN event, you consent to the organizer using the name and/or logo of your media organization for promotional purposes. You also agree to the use of photographs or video recordings taken during the event by the organizer and its representatives for promotional purposes. By doing so, you waive any right to compensation or benefits and release the organizer from any liability associated with the use of these media, the name of your media organization and/or the logo of your media organization.
