Canadian AI service and product providers are invited to participate in the AI Challenge for the Construction Sector, a new addition to the ALL IN 2024 event, the largest event dedicated to Canadian AI. This reverse pitch challenge aims to solicit innovative AI tools and solutions that address the business needs of the industry.

As part of this call for applications, a total of 5 companies will be selected to present their solution on stage at ALL IN 2024.

This is your opportunity to demonstrate your expertise, collaborate directly with leading companies, and develop concrete and impactful solutions for the construction sector.

AI Challenge for the Construction Sector: Important Deadlines

Submission of Proposals - Before August 15, 2024

  • Canadian AI service and solution providers must submit a detailed proposal by clicking on the button below. All applicants have to include a 2-minute video of their proposed pitch.

Evaluation of Proposals - From August 16 to 25, 2024

  • The proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by a panel of industry experts.

Announcement of the 5 Finalists - Week of August 26, 2024

  • The selected companies will be announced and invited to present their solution at ALL IN 2024.

On-Stage Pitches - During ALL IN 2024, September 11 and 12 in Montreal, Canada

  • The 5 selected companies will have the opportunity to present their solution on stage in front of a jury of industry experts and ALL IN participants.

About the
AI Challenge for Construction

Business Problems to Solve

Canadian AI service and product providers are invited to submit their applications to propose solutions to the business problems of the construction sector. These issues are numerous and may include:

  • Health and safety issues on construction sites
  • Workforce management
  • Project development
  • Stakeholder management
  • Work tracking and progress
  • Supply chain and material management
  • Environmental impact related to operations

Objectives and Requirements

To be eligible for the call for applications, the submitted proposal must meet the following objectives:

  • Clearly identify and define the business problem you are addressing.
  • Describe your solution or proposed services.
  • List the qualitative (e.g., improve customer experience) and quantitative (e.g., reduce costs by 20%) impacts of deploying your solution for the benefit of the construction sector.
  • Highlight the factors that make your solution the best option for a construction industry company.
