About the role

We are looking for a communications intern with a passion for content creation and writing. You will contribute to the visibility of ALL IN and trade missions by producing relevant, original, and audience-specific content.

You will be part of a committed and dynamic team at the heart of Canada’s AI ecosystem, directly contributing to high-impact national and international initiatives.

• Write and produce various content formats: social posts, newsletters, short articles, video scripts, event copy.
• Support ongoing communication and marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to ideation of concepts, hooks, and key messages for ALL IN and trade missions.
• Participate in field coverage (live content, recording, interviews) during events.
• Help update and maintain consistency across digital platforms.
• Monitor trends in content, creative formats, and digital best practices.

• Studies in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, digital media, or related fields.
• Excellent writing skills in French and English.
• Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for engaging content.
• Strong attention to quality and detail in communications, both internally and externally.
• Experience in events or entrepreneurship—an asset.
• Ease with social media (LinkedIn, YouTube) and digital tools, including ChatGPT.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and collaborative environment.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and partners simultaneously.
• Interest in technology, innovation, and events.
