ALL IN 2025

When and where will ALL IN 2025 take place?

ALL IN 2025 will take place on September 24-25 2025 at the Palais des congrès in Montreal.

In what language will the event take place?

Our event is primarily in English, but all sessions are available in both languages (English and French) through live translation.

How can I register for the event?

You can register on our official website, under the «Get Tickets» section.

What types of tickets are available?

We offer 2-day tickets or virtual tickets. Prices vary depending on the purchase date. Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be shared, assigned, sold, or transferred without the prior consent of the Organizer. Ticket exchanges are not possible.

Are there group discounts for tickets?

Yes, discounts are available for purchases of more than 5 tickets. Please contact us at info@allinevent.ai for more details.

Can I modify my ticket information after purchase?

If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, you can update the participant’s information via the confirmation link sent by email. Please allow 24 hours for the new ticket holder to receive the confirmation email. This operation is irreversible. For assistance, you can also contact info@allinevent.ai.

What is the ticket refund policy?

No refunds will be granted for tickets less than 30 days before the event. Partial refunds are not possible for tickets purchased as part of a package. Please check our terms and conditions on our website for more details or contact our team at info@allinevent.ai.

Are meals included with my ticket?

Meals and refreshments will be available on-site at the participant's expense.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Sessions on the two main stages will be recorded and available for replay on the ALL IN app.

How can I access the ALL IN app?

You will receive an email with login details after purchasing a ticket. The app is available for download on the App Store and Google Play. It allows you to access sessions, network, and view the program.

How can I get information about the speakers?

Speaker information is available on our website and app, under the «Speakers» section.

Are there discounted rates with an airline to attend the event?

Yes, Air Canada is a partner and offers an exclusive promo code for ALL IN participants. You can go on our «Good to Know» page for all the information.

We do facilitate invitation letters for participants. If you would like to request one, please email us at info@allinevent.ai and provide the following information so that we can issue it for you: Full Name, Profession, Address, Phone Number, Email.

Volunteer Request

This year, we are not offering any volunteer opportunities. However, we do have special rates for students : allinevent.ai/pages/student-tickets
