  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
  • Ensure high-quality client communication and apply our communications guidelines (tone, attitude, vocabulary).
  • Provide support both in advance and on-site to ensure the smooth execution of activities, recordings, meetings, and other engagements.
  • Support post-event feedback collection and analysis when required.

Qualifications

  • Studies in communications, event management, marketing, administration, or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, service mindset, professionalism, and impeccable communication.
  • Strong commitment to quality and detail in interactions with internal teams and external audiences.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience in events or entrepreneurship—an asset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French and English.
  • Interest in events, technology, and cross-sector collaboration.

You’ll enjoy working with us if you are:

  • Organized – You manage multiple tasks with calm and structure.
