The Demo Zone: Experience AI in Action

The Demo Zone: Experience AI in Action

In addition to the scheduled conferences and workshops, ALL IN 2025 offers participants a direct immersion into the world of emerging technologies through the Demo Zone. A true showcase of innovation, this space at the heart of the event will bring together companies pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence and robotics, offering participants hands-on, interactive demonstrations.

The goal of this zone is twofold: to help the public understand AI in a tangible way through immersive and practical experiences, while also opening a window onto its potential applications across a wide range of sectors.

Each demonstration embodies the mission of ALL IN: showcasing local innovation and highlighting its real impact, creating a bridge between technology and its users.

Acrylic Robotics

Acrylic Robotics is an innovative Montréal-based company that merges art and technology by using intelligent robots capable of precisely reproducing brushstrokes, textures, and color nuances of original artworks. This technology enables artists to create limited editions of their works while making high-quality art more accessible and supporting larger-scale production.

In the Demo Zone, Acrylic Robotics will showcase a live demonstration where a robot will paint an artwork on canvas, giving participants a tangible glimpse of the precision, fidelity, and creative potential of their technology.

ARA Robotics

ARA Robotics is a Montréal-based company specializing in the development of autonomous piloting systems for drones, helping optimize industrial aerial operations in a safe and efficient way.

In the Demo Zone, ARA will showcase its ARA408 drone, a flexible and versatile solution with multiple applications: mining operations, defence and security, wildfire management, as well as construction — notably used for inspections, mapping, and terrain recognition.

Beaucoup Data

ALL IN 2025 is once again innovating by exploring a groundbreaking concept through a partnership with Montréal-based Beaucoup Data, a company specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics.

For the first time in an event setting, participants will be able to create their very own digital twin. Built from information available in Swapcard, each autonomous avatar will live its own version of the event: attending conferences, exploring booths, meeting other avatars, and even managing its level of social energy. Participants will be able to follow their virtual double in real time on a large screen and receive a personalized summary of its activities.

This initiative does not aim to replace the in-person experience, but rather to offer a new perspective on human interactions in the age of digital twins. A genuine testing ground, it encourages reflection on the future role of AI in how we participate, collaborate, and make the most of our time at major gatherings.

Independent Robotics

Independent Robotics is a leader in versatile robotic solutions, specializing in autonomous systems for exploration and data collection.

In the Demo Zone, they will present their Aqua2 robot, swimming live on a tabletop, demonstrating its autonomous capabilities and diverse real-world applications. At another station, participants will get hands-on experience with their post-mission data analysis software, directly interacting with the tools used to interpret and leverage the robot’s collected data.

Télé-Québec

Télé-Québec is a Québec public broadcaster with the mandate of providing educational, cultural, and accessible television. Its mission is to promote culture, knowledge, and education while supporting Québec audiovisual production, particularly for youth and the general public.

In the Demo Zone, Télé-Québec will present an immersive experience highlighting AI applied to the production of an episode of the children’s series Lotus et Cali. Visitors will discover, across two screens, the step-by-step evolution of an AI-generated episode — from early proofs of concept to the final version — along with a demonstration of the latest video LLMs. An interactive touch screen will also allow the public to test, in real time, the creation of episodes from their own prompts. This initiative underscores Télé-Québec’s educational and participatory approach to exploring new possibilities for AI in the audiovisual sector.
